It depends on the setup chosen. We can run two tents with four plunge pools, or one tent with two plunge pools. Each configuration has a different footprint. We can talk through what works best for your event.

Most healthy adults can enjoy sauna and cold water experiences safely. There are some health conditions that mean it's not suitable for everyone. Participants with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or certain other medical conditions should consult their GP before taking part.

Our hosts brief all participants before each session, and full safety guidance is available ahead of your event.
